Navigate to a products page and add products to your cart then click "Request a Quotation" , then submit.

Your request is visible to all registered sellers . You may receive multiple offers to compare.

Once a quotation is submitted, Shoonah displays the seller’s contact information to the buyer. The buyer can then contact the desired seller directly to negotiate or finalize the details.

You can compare quotations based on price, delivery time, and seller reputation. Choose the one that best suits your needs.

🏪 For Sellers

Once logged in as a seller, go to your dashboard to view new buyer requests. You can filter them by category or date.

Click "Respond" on any buyer request, then submit your price, delivery estimate, and any additional terms.

Currently, Shoonah does not charge any fees. Quotation submissions and communication are free.

Yes. To request quotations or respond to them, you must sign up for a free account as a buyer or seller.

Absolutely. Shoonah is completely free to join for both buyers and sellers.

Yes. You can delete your account from your profile settings or by contacting Shoonah support.

Yes. Contact support at info@shoonah.com if you need to switch from buyer to seller or vice versa.

Since Shoonah does not process payments or complete transactions, disputes must be resolved directly between the buyer and seller.

Does Shoonah handle payments?

No. Shoonah only facilitates the connection between buyer and seller. All payments and transactions take place directly between both parties.

Can I compare multiple quotations?

Absolutely. You can receive multiple quotes for the same request and compare them based on price, delivery time, and seller ratings.
